They may not have the most original name ever, but LA’s Pressure does a hell of a job making some wicked pissed off punk-hardcore. ‘You Alone’ and ‘And They Wait’ are a couple of the more vitriolic diatribes against the church I’ve heard in awhile and they’re awesome. A little Motorhead, a little Bad Brains, and some nice 180 gram vinyl ties this sucker together, the weight of which is fittingly as heavy as this band.

Musically it's similar to War Hungry with some thrashy parts, kinda like Sabertooth Zombie. Vocally, it reminds me of 80's Youth-Crew Hardcore.

One of STZ's two releases from 2008, and my favorite of the two. "Meal Ticket" is a great fucking track, much like the rest of the album. As always it features some great lyrics and Cody's fucked up voice. I still don't get how that voice comes out of him.
